As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will utilize advanced analytics to influence strategic decision-making. This role calls for expertise in people analytics, data science, and exceptional storytelling ability. Responsibilities include wrangling data, building predictive models, and creating automated insights to enhance organizational trends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as internal analytics consultant for stakeholders
• Produce explicit insights from messy datasets
• Build end-to-end predictive models




• Create actionable data narratives for executives
• Design automated workflows using dbt/Snowflake
Requirements:
• Proven experience in people analytics or related field
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or dbt required
• Experience partnering with HR or Finance teams
• Strong skills in data storytelling
• Self-directed work style managing multiple priorities
