Oversee all aspects of construction management, from project planning to team guidance, in a dynamic setting.This role spans 10+ years of experience in managing new construction building projects, focusing on hotels and restaurants. You will take charge of creating and monitoring project plans, budgets, and schedules while fostering a high-performing team. Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, change process monitoring, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Develop and mentor a cohesive construction team
- Monitor project risks and provide effective solutions
- Coordinate stakeholder communication and meetings
- Conduct site visits for quality assessmentsRequirements:
- 10+ years in new construction and budgeting
- Proven leadership in managing 100+ self-perform activities
- Strong knowledge of building codes and systems
