Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized and resident-focused nursing care
• Supervise nursing team for effective care delivery
• Coordinate planning and development of nursing activities
• Collaborate with other departments on care needs
• Assess, implement, and evaluate care processes
Requirements:
• Licensed with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• 3-5 years experience in nursing, especially in long-term care
• Gerontology or Nursing Unit Administration certification
• Proven supervisory skills and effective communication
• Complete background check and TB skin test
