Drive the success of technical service delivery as an IT Client Relationship Manager. Your role will focus on building strong client relationships and ensuring high satisfaction through effective service management.
In this remote role, you will be responsible for serving as the key point of contact for clients, coordinating efforts from internal teams to align with client needs. You will track and communicate project progress, manage escalations, and facilitate proactive maintenance efforts. Your ability to analyze data and provide insights will enhance client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate meetings to review client reports and performance
• Manage service agreements and discuss expectations
• Advocate for clients in support and maintenance efforts
• Identify risks and develop solutions proactively
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding clients
Requirements:
• Robust organizational and customer service skills
• Minimum 3 years relevant technical experience preferred
• Experience in in-person and virtual client meetings required
• Familiarity with ITIL standards is preferred
• A degree in a related field is an advantage
