Key Responsibilities:
• Provide directions and welcome all visitors
• Screen and route phone calls with Zoom Workplace
• Keep public areas tidy and organized
• Facilitate building maintenance coordination
• Draft and type various office documents
Requirements:
• Minimum of GED or higher educational attainment
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook essential
• Strong ability to manage unexpected situations
• Maintains a professional image at all times
• Provide backup to administrative staff as needed
