Enhance youth development as a Life Skills Coordinator. Collaborate with the Youth Homes Team to deliver engaging programming focused on life skills and cultural practices for vulnerable youth.
In this role, you will guide youth to improve their quality of life while developing specialized programs for young mothers and assisting with individual case plans. You'll ensure facility safety and cleanliness while also advocating for clients and connecting them to community resources. Online availability for call rotations is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with youth to enhance life quality
• Design and implement life skills training
• Ensure a protected and clean environment
• Support young mothers with tailored programs
• Advocate and liaise with social services
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or youth experience
• Early childhood development knowledge preferred
• Passionate about cultural heritage
• Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License
• Excellent interpersonal skills required
Support youth engagement through effective programming, fostering empowerment and cultural understanding within the community.
