En tant que Directeur(trice), Audit interne, vous établirez et dirigerez la fonction d'audit interne formelle du Groupe nesto, une initiative stratégique clé alors que l'organisation évolue vers une maturité de gouvernance de niveau institutionnel. C'est un rôle de terrain : vous construisez, vous exécutez et vous livrez. Vous serez responsable de la mise en place d'une fonction d'assurance indépendante, fondée sur les risques, couvrant l'ensemble de l'entreprise, et de son exécution rigoureuse. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le SVP, Confiance et Sécurité, à qui vous rapportez directement.

Role (English)

As Director, Internal Audit, you will establish and lead nesto Group's Internal Audit function.



This is a hands‑on role: you build it, you run it, you deliver it. You will be responsible for standing up an independent, risk‑based assurance function across the organization and executing against it with rigor. You report directly to the SVP, Trust & Safety.

Responsibilities

- Build the enterprise‑wide audit universe and execute the risk‑based annual audit plan.
- Execute independent AML/ATF effectiveness testing.
- Run operational audits across the business.
- Build and manage a centralized issue severity classification and remediation tracking framework.
- Produce structured reporting to the SVP, Trust & Safety and senior leadership.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in internal audit, risk management or regulatory compliance, ideally in fintech, financial services or multi‑entity environments.
- Relevant qualified designation (CIA, CPA, CISA or equivalent).
- Demonstrated track record of building or leading an internal audit function.
- Strong working knowledge of ITGC frameworks, SOC 1/2 and SOX readiness trajectories.
- Experience with AML/ATF effectiveness testing and regulatory compliance (FINTRAC, PCMLTFA).
- Experience reporting to audit committees or boards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with cross‑functional and senior stakeholders.




- A hands‑on mindset – comfortable executing as well as leading.
