Oversee cost estimates and project management as a Construction Cost Director. Manage a team of estimators, ensuring precision in cost reporting and robust client interactions within a flexible workplace.
As a key leader in cost planning, this role calls for over 15 years of experience in estimating and project management. You will prepare and assess complex cost estimates, conduct site inspections, and guide a team of 4-8 professionals. Strong communication and leadership are essential to foster collaboration and develop internal processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects
• Supervise regular site assessments and project evaluations
• Conduct quality assurance on cost management processes




• Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with clients to promote cross-selling opportunities
Requirements:
• 15+ years in cost management or estimating
• Degree in Architectural Building Technology or related
• PQS and/or MRICS designation preferred
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role
• High proficiency in relevant estimating software
