The successful candidate will support the establishment and oversight of the Canadian regulated entity as the platform prepares to launch.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the establishment of the Canadian regulated entity
- Assist with oversight of Canadian operations in line with regulatory requirements
- Work with internal stakeholders

Candidate Profile

- Senior finance and compliance leader with extensive experience in the financial services sector, operating within highly regulated environments including CIRO/IIROC frameworks.
- Proven executive-level expertise (VP/Senior Director) in building, scaling, and overseeing compliance functions within investment dealers and brokerage environments.
- Hands‑on leader with a track record of establishing and enhancing compliance infrastructure in lean or start‑up settings, driving regulatory alignment and operational effectiveness.
- We need to hire a current CCO or VP/Director of Compliance that can act as the CCO for their Canadian operations.
