Lead a women's recovery program as a dedicated Campus Program Manager. Ensure a protected and faith-based environment where students can grow and heal while receiving effective support and vocational training.
In this leadership role, you'll manage program staff, oversee daily operations, and maintain accreditation standards. Your responsibilities will also include student support, fostering a structured living environment, and promoting community engagement through activities and fundraising initiatives. Passion for mentoring and pastoral support consistent with faith-based values will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead staff and volunteers within the residential program
• Oversee program schedules, classes, and events




• Maintain student records and progress tracking
• Ensure safety and compliance with building codes
• Support family engagement and admissions processes
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to collaboration and mentoring others
• Ability to model Christian character in activities
• Class 5 driver’s license required
• Willingness to pursue ministry credentials if necessary
