Shape the user experience across ServiceNow as a Senior UX Lead. Drive the development of UX strategies and standards with a focus on user-centered solutions that enhance enterprise operations.
This role demands a senior individual contributor with a strong influence in guiding UX practices across the organization. You will work alongside key stakeholders, including Business Product Owners and Developers, to ensure solutions are consistent, intuitive, and driven by user needs. Your leadership will help establish transparent UX governance and standards across the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the definition of UX principles and strategies
• Act as the primary UX authority in discussions
• Own and establish governance for ServiceNow UX




• Advocate for user-centered design methodologies
• Facilitate workshops to align experience goals
Requirements:
• 7+ years' experience with ServiceNow
• Background in large enterprise environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence
• Expertise in translating requirements into user experiences
• Required certifications in ServiceNow CSA, CAD
Drive user experience excellence in ServiceNow through collaborative leadership and strategic design.
