Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Account Manager position located in Prince George, BC. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement by addressing client needs. Key responsibilities include developing new mortgage and insurance accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and guiding clients through financial solutions tailored to their goals - with a focus on mortgage, investment and personal insurance sales. Ongoing licensing, training and development is required.

Qualifications

- Client Relationship Management and Communication Skills: Ability to build trust, maintain strong relationships,



and communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Financial Services Expertise: Knowledge of borrowing, investing, and insurance products and familiarity with financial planning practices. Existing licensees will be at an advantage.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to assess client needs, analyze data, and offer customized financial solutions.
- Time Management and Organizational Skills: Effectiveness in managing multiple accounts, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in using financial software and CRM tools for managing client information and generating reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience in account management and financial services is an asset.
- You will be required to successfully complete the BC Sub Mortgage Brokers Course and the LLQ training course within the first 12-months of employment.
