Key Responsibilities:
• Lead clients through Dayforce implementation phases
• Document and align client needs with Dayforce functionality




• Configure solutions for client-specific requirements
• Provide training and support for client staff
• Manage multiple projects while mitigating risks
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience with Ceridian Dayforce HCM
• Understanding of payroll and HCM practices
• Proficient in business process mapping
• Strong consulting and relationship management skills
• Self-motivated with excellent collaboration abilities
