At this time, the group focuses on valuation assignments of ‘Core 4’ real estate assets (Retail, Office, Industrial and Residential), with some localized specialization in multi-family, seniors housing, and hotel properties.**What this job involves:**The Analyst provides reliable, timely, and professional support to the growing team. This role reports directly to the local SVP, Value and Risk but with the opportunity to interact and work with professionals across the country. The ideal candidate will be strong at, and enjoy working with numbers, possess strong writing skills, be extremely detail-oriented, organized, and a team player. **What your day-to-day will look like:*** Working with Argus Enterprise Valuation Software often and proficiently* Working closely with team members to create, edit, and/or prepare market research, cash flow projections,



and appraisal reports* Conducting research and collecting information materials on market fundamentals, ownership, tenants, and economic analysis* Assisting and/or participating in market presentations* Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assigned**Qualifications:*** Post-secondary education in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Urban Economics, Urban Planning, or Urban Geography is an asset* 1-2 years full-time qualified experience required in the commercial real estate sector is an asset* Demonstrated proficiency with all applicable software packages including but not limited to: MS Windows; MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Adobe Professional, X, or Standard* Real estate software, such as: ARGUS Enterprise, is a definite asset* Knowledge of key themes impacting capital markets and investment real estate* Excellent verbal and written, and interpersonal communication skills* Excellent time management and organizational skills* Able to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment* Operate with a sense of urgency, quickly responding to Stakeholders* Detail oriented with strong analytical skills* Ability to work well independently with an ability to work collaboratively with others* Must be proactive and take initiative* Must be able to maintain confidentiality, utilize judgment, and work with minimal supervision**Estimated compensation for this position:**60,000.00 – 80,000.00 CAD per year*This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
