Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the implementation of programs in line with governance practices
• Serve as the principal advisor to the Executive Council
• Guide the development of strategic plans and policies
• Manage financial operations and budget planning
• Supervise departmental Directors and assess program effectiveness
Requirements:
• 8+ years in executive leadership within public or First Nations government
• Robust background in administration and organizational planning
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields
• Proven ability to foster collaboration and trust
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
