About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Manager I, Strategy and Operations to drive the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing campaigns. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Marketing Managers, agencies, and cross‑functional teams to develop explicit campaign briefs, manage media initiatives end‑to‑end, and ensure alignment with business goals. You’ll be a key partner in interpreting campaign data, communicating insights, and guiding future strategies. The ideal candidate combines strong project‑management skills with a data‑driven mindset and excels at improving processes to boost efficiency and impact.

Responsibilities

- Partner closely with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to develop strategic campaign briefs, provide best practice guidance on paid media, social, creative strategies, platform capabilities, and audience‑first approaches.
- Lead end‑to‑end project management for media‑related initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with objectives.
- Manage cross‑functional collaboration to translate briefs into clear, actionable media recommendations.
- Proactively participate in agency status calls, offering strategic insights and performance updates.
- Analyze campaign data and communicate results clearly to clients and internal teams, driving informed strategy and optimizations.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of data within asset trackers to support seamless campaign execution.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, standardization, automation,



and documentation to enhance operational efficiency.

About You

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in media planning and strategy within a paid media agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, audience targeting, and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights.

This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week. The specific details, including the number of required office days, will be in accordance with the company’s then‑current RTO policy, which is subject to change from time to time.

Salary Range $80,000—$91,000 CAD
