- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Support hiring managers with best practices and recruitment guidance

What Do You Bring?

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- Leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Experience building and improving recruitment processes
- Experience in both high‑volume and strategic hiring environments
- Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative approach
- Data‑driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Adaptable and comfortable in fast‑paced, evolving environments
