About the Property

A landmark AAA Four Diamond full-service hotel located in Toronto, with convenient access to major highway corridors and approximately 30 minutes from a major international airport. The property features over 400 guest rooms and suites, substantial meeting and banquet space, multiple F&B; outlets, and a full range of leisure amenities. The hotel has maintained its Four Diamond designation for decades.

The Chance

We are seeking a seasoned, operationally sharp General Manager to lead this property through an exciting brand transition period. The ideal candidate brings deep full-service hotel experience, a strong command of F&B; operations, and a track record of driving revenue performance, guest satisfaction, and team culture in a complex, multi-outlet environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Providing strategic and operational leadership across all hotel departments, including rooms, F&B;, banquets, sales, and finance.



Owning the P&L; and driving top-line revenue growth while managing costs with discipline. Building and maintaining strong relationships with the ownership group, brand, and key corporate accounts. Leading a large, diverse team through ongoing brand integration and culture development. Maintaining and elevating the property's Four Diamond service standards. Representing the hotel in the local market and broader hospitality community.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 10 years of progressive hotel leadership experience, including at least 5 years as a General Manager in a full-service, upscale or luxury environment. Demonstrated experience managing properties with significant F&B; and banquet operations. Proven ability to drive revenue growth, manage owner relations, and lead large teams.
