Job Overview This role focuses on developing, implementing, and maintaining quality programs, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement within our global operations. Responsibilities Develop and implement program quality plans, programs, and procedures using statistical quality control, lean manufacturing concepts, and Six‑Sigma tools and analyses. Provide Quality Assurance support and liaison with operations, repair centers, engineering, and other global sites. Ensure performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards. Review, analyze, and report on quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical, and electro‑mechanical systems. Investigate problems and develop dispositions and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. Interface with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor, repair center, and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met. Recommend corrective actions, dispositions, and modifications. Participate and lead different workshops. Lead internal and external audits with regulatory bodies, international standards, and customers. Participate with our DAO team as a Quality support.
Qualifications Candidate must be bilingual (French and English). Must have 4–5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance environment. Minimum of 3 years of technical engine maintenance or repair shop experience. Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering is an asset. Experience working in aerospace. Recognized academic Quality Assurance training or equivalent. Open‑mind to address culture change, listen, and share best practices within the safety culture mindset. Ability to support shop‑floor employees and other support groups with QA and regulatory issues. Knowledge of performing investigations in a Quality Assurance environment.
