Requirements:
• At least 4 years in full-cycle recruitment, mining experience a plus
• Proficiency with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience in campus recruitment or early talent initiatives
• Robust organizational skills and multitasking
• Comfortable working with recruitment metrics and analytics
