As an independent contractor, you will review health histories and medical records, conduct interviews, and document readiness classifications. Key Responsibilities:
• Support physical health assessments for military personnel
• Review health history and medical records
• Interview to determine medical concerns




• Document findings for readiness classification
• Address immediate health concerns when necessary
Requirements:
• Active NP license in the state
• CPR/BLS Certification required
• Preference for experience in Primary, Urgent, or Occupational Health
• Knowledge of military systems and protocols preferred
• Willingness to work wide-ranging hours in multiple locations
