You will model and inform practices like Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) while providing feedback to ensure fidelity to behavior plans. Daily travel across various school sites is essential to deliver quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with school teams to build staff capacity
• Model and coach evidence-based strategies and techniques
• Ensure fidelity to students' behavior plans via coaching
• Provide daily service delivery across multiple sites
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in relevant fields required
• Certificate in Autism and Behavioural Sciences preferred
• Minimum 5 years' special education experience
• Solid expertise in Applied Behaviour Analysis
• Familiarity with practices for promoting student independence
