Expect to manage disputes, provide training, and represent the organization in administrative tribunals and mediations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal support for health service delivery
• Advise on legislative and regulatory compliance
• Negotiate and draft legal documents
• Represent in disputes and alternative dispute resolution
• Collaborate with stakeholders on health law matters
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (JD) required
• Experience in health law and public health regulations
• Advanced communication and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of healthcare system in Canada
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
