You will streamline procedures for team management, prepare forecasts, and maintain accountability for design teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Control and coordinate project design activities
• Develop workload and sales forecasts
• Maintain engineering and documentation standards




• Provide technical support for design decision-making
• Conduct regular team reviews and staffing assessments
Requirements:
• At least 10 years in electrical design, including HV and LV
• Must have proven leadership experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Professional Engineer (C.Eng., P.Eng. or equivalent)
• Desireable: LEED Accreditation
