As a Senior Manager, you will oversee daily client operations while ensuring incident management aligns with fintech compliance. This position demands a blend of technical expertise and client-facing diplomacy, requiring interaction with stakeholders and management of high-revenue accounts. You will champion AI-driven workflows to reduce costs while boosting efficiency in support services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect smart support layer using AI tools
• Act as primary operational partner for enterprise accounts
• Coordinate technical incident responses and RCAs




• Lead infrastructure modernization projects effectively
• Manage Client and Cardholder Support teams cohesively
Requirements:
• 8+ years in Client Operations or Success within Fintech
• Proven leadership in technical incident management
• Experience with high-tier account support
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in payments
• Success in infrastructure and migration projects
