Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure proper collection and accessioning of samples
• Prepare samples for diagnostic testing accurately
• Resolve issues related to unsuitable specimens
• Rotate through specified job functions as needed
• Mentor and train new laboratory personnel
Requirements:
• Diploma from a recognized laboratory technology program
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a laboratory setting
• Understanding of medical laboratory theory and practices
• Knowledge of safety and handling regulations
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
