In this Developer L3 role, you will handle intricate issues related to enterprise integrations. You'll work with various teams to find scalable solutions and ensure smooth production support. Your expertise in debugging and application behavior analysis is essential as you facilitate the transition from project deployment to live support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and resolve complex end-to-end support cases
• Act as a technical resource during pre-go-live phases
• Investigate production stability and performance issues
• Partner with QA to reproduce defects and validate fixes
• Develop knowledge materials and internal resources
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of experience in software engineering or support roles
• Strong background in relational databases, especially SQL Server
• Capability to analyze system behavior through logs
• Experience with APIs and enterprise integration processes
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
