Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the refinement of recruitment processes and technology
• Drive searches for critical senior or technical roles
• Support talent development and succession strategies
• Oversee data-driven compensation benchmarking
• Coach and manage recruitment team for optimal output
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Successfully closed complex and executive talent
• 2+ years of leadership experience in HR functions
• Familiarity with compensation structures and market data
• Advanced knowledge of ATS systems and candidate experiences
