Become a key player as a Senior U.S. Tax Manager, specializing in corporate tax compliance and audit management. Work alongside Finance and Legal in a hybrid work model.
In this role, you will lead U.S. federal and state tax compliance initiatives while implementing effective strategies. Your technical expertise in corporate tax legislation and audit processes will be invaluable. Additionally, you will guide junior team members in a supportive, inclusive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage U.S. corporate tax compliance and audits
• Prepare tax provisions under ASC 740 guidelines
• Assess tax legislation impacts and implement changes
• Mentor junior staff and promote team collaboration
• Drive initiatives related to transfer pricing and entity structuring
Requirements:
• CPA or Master of U.S. Taxation is highly preferred
• Minimum of 10 years in corporate tax
• Strong knowledge of international tax and legislation
• Proven experience with ASC 740
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
