Purpose

The Associate Director, Global Sales Execution plays a critical role in accelerating revenue growth and strengthening frontline effectiveness. This position supports the Director of Sales Execution in driving strategic direction of the GTB Sales organization by delivering actionable insights, conducting in‑depth analysis and designing strategies to optimize sales performance in close collaboration with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Business Analytics, Finance, Product, Global Markets and Banking.

What You’ll Do

- Interface with key areas in GTB and Enterprise to ensure consistent application of Sales processes and performance standards across the footprint.
- Ensure the Global Sales team has access to appropriate reporting tools, leveraging Client Relationship Management systems.
- Ensure consistent deployment of the global Sales coverage model across Client Segments, including portfolio creation, client assignments and scorecards.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally, acting as liaison between Sales, product, operations and other key departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Ensure global sales teams deliver against agreed KPIs and performance metrics by providing access via globally consistent dashboards in partnership with key internal stakeholders.
- Direct day‑to‑day activities consistent with Scotiabank’s risk culture and risk appetite statements, communicating the bank’s risk culture throughout the teams.




- Operate in accordance with Scotiabank’s values, Code of Conduct and Global Sales principles, ensuring effective business controls for operations, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.

What You’ll Bring

- 7+ years of experience across analytics, business management and transaction banking.
- Proven ability to lead global initiatives from strategy to execution, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, sales analytics and data‑driven decision making.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a energetic environment while building scalable processes.
- Collaboration with product, implementation, operations and sales teams to ensure cohesive end‑to‑end deal execution.

Work Arrangement

Work in a standard office‑based environment.
