The work setting is fast paced, with multiple deadlines and objectives. As one of our safety subject matter experts, you should have an in-depth and broad understanding of what it takes to achieve excellence in safety performance. **Responsibilities:** As the **Team Lead, Health & Safety**, you will have the following primary responsibilities: **Team Lead, Health & Safety**, you will demonstrate the following competencies:Managerial courage with the ability to encourage collaboration while leveraging diversity and individual talents within your team. and ability to deal with ambiguity while adapting to Ability to motivate others while managing and measuring work. will have the ability to align, motivate, and inspire teams to act in harmony,



and achieve **Qualifications:** * Previous leadership or management experience in a relevant field is preferred.Minimum 10 years of experience in occupational health and safety with preference for someone oil and gas/energy. Experience in both operations and capital projects/construction is preferred.Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have a subject matter expert understanding of applying CSOP’s and risk management tools with the ability to support others in understanding these processes.Proficiency in Maximo and Power BI, ISNetworld, and other Safety software programs, among other basic Microsoft Office applications.A valid driver's license and a 5-year standard driver abstract with zero demerit points (clean driver’s abstract). Ability and willingness to travel as needed to our facilities within Alberta.
