In this role, the Program Resource Worker will provide assistance to guests with their mental, physical, and developmental needs. You will engage in direct interactions, guide resources, and supervise therapeutic activities that elevate guest wellbeing. Expect to take on responsibilities such as medication management and crisis intervention in a supportive capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide guests to relevant community resources
• Oversee social activities and promote engagement
• Administer and remind of medications as per protocol




• Assist in daily living activities with clients
• Record and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 education or related certification
• 2 years relevant experience or equivalent education
• Current First Aid Level 1 certification
• Effective stress management and organization skills
• Criminal Background Check for working with vulnerable populations
