Compensation
$52,700 - $74,400 CAD (base salary). Salary may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors.
Location and Schedule
London, Ontario, Canada.
Hybrid work: after training, work primarily offsite (95% remote), with onsite attendance once a month. Flexible business hours: 8am-9pm Mon‑Fri (rotational) and 9am‑5pm every other Saturday.
Start Date and Training
Start Date: June 8th 2026.
Mandatory training: 8am‑4pm, Monday‑Friday for 6 weeks at 380 Wellington St., London, ON.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Resolve customer inquiries at first contact, asking questions and responding with empathy.
- Consistently reach performance objectives, including customer experience survey results, advice and quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to grow and develop.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional listening skills and a curiosity to help customers meet their needs and resolve concerns.
- Qualified manner with sound judgment, time‑management, and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems, applications, and multiple screens with speed and accuracy.
- Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (e.g., desktops, laptops, headsets).
- Flexibility, resiliency, and a positive attitude in challenging situations.
- Knowledge of customer life‑cycle needs and ability to offer tailored advice.
- Previous collection, credit, or call‑center banking experience is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
