Your role involves delivering on complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and KPIs while promoting team development. You’ll collaborate across functions, engaging product and engineering teams to uphold prompt adaptation to regulatory changes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage cross-functional programs and team performance

• Develop and mentor a high-performing team
• Align with stakeholders across various functions
• Identify risks and ensure timely resolution
Requirements:
• 6+ years in program management in large operations
• 2+ years managing teams in fintech or regulated areas
• Expertise in financial regulations and compliance
• Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification preferred
• Proven success in strategic planning and execution
