Drive customer satisfaction as an Order Management and Quotation Coordinator. Engage with clients on product applications, handle quotations, and resolve issues effectively in a manufacturing context.
This full time role involves supporting customers with their purchases and repairs of Mechanical Seals. An important aspect is to interact with clients via phone, email, and in-person for recommendations and pricing. Additionally, you will coordinate with various departments to ensure that all customer orders meet delivery commitments and manage emergencies accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with customers for product recommendations and quotes
• Enter orders based on customer requirements and specifications
• Coordinate with multiple departments for order management




• Ensure timely delivery commitments are met
• Maintain organized reference files on procedures and pricing
Requirements:
• Mechanical Technologist Diploma preferred
• 2 years of customer service experience in manufacturing
• Ability to read detailed technical drawings
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset and teamwork ability
