Key Responsibilities:
• Design outbound prospecting strategy targeting SMB merchants
• Hire and onboard a team of SDRs with transparent expectations

• Own qualification process from first contact to handoff
• Monitor pipeline health metrics and drive improvements
Requirements:
• 2–3+ years in sales development or outbound sales
• 1+ year in a management role with SMB focus
• Proficient in CRM systems and sales engagement platforms
• Ability to analyze data and funnel metrics
• Proven coaching skills to develop individual team members
