Responsibilities
- Be responsible for identifying and reporting bugs, analyzing and troubleshooting issues, and providing feedback to Salesforce Marketing Platform implementation specialists, developers and other stakeholders.
- Drive data control processes and use data querying best practices to validate current implementation logic ensuring campaign segmentation and marketing campaign business logic matches documented workflow.
- Have knowledge of SQL SELECT queries and filtering criteria.
- Develop and execute test scenarios/cases using tools like Validity and Litmus.
- Record test results in a clear, detailed and organized manner using Jira Software.
- Provide input on severity and priority of issues.
- Execute all assigned testing as per schedule.
- Utilize existing tracking systems, report mechanisms, agreed conventions, and metrics.
- Support Senior QC Analysts.
- Communicate and liaise with internal and external teams.
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, testing environments and latest device releases.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience.
- Knowledge of general QA procedures and methodologies, as well as Data quality fundamentals.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously with competing demands to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with testing/QA tools and email platforms.
- Understand data models.
- Knowledge of bug tracking software, such as Jira.
- Critical thinker with a meticulous eye for detail, both in catching bugs and writing explicit documentation.
- Drive to take on new challenges and be a quick learner.
- Enjoy working on an integrated and collaborative team.
- A highly entrepreneurial spirit, who lives and breathes autonomy. You pride yourself on delivering quality feedback effectively and constructively.
Nice to Have
- Agency/Branding knowledge of Email marketing campaigns.
- Experience with Email campaign testing tools like Litmus /Email on Acid.
- Knowledge of HTML and the ability to understand email logic.
