You will be responsible for planning menus that meet health guidelines, ensuring cleanliness, and acting as a liaison for families regarding any dietary restrictions. Your role will be crucial in supporting children's health through freshly prepared meals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop lunch menus according to Canada Food Guide
• Ensure the kitchen meets cleanliness standards
• Perform post-meal cleanup and organization
• Purchase necessary food supplies efficiently
• Communicate dietary concerns with parents
Requirements:
• Required: High School Diploma
• Experience in cooking for children
• Certifications in Food Safety and First Aid needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Capacity to lift 25 pounds
