Elevate customer experience as an AI Automation Analyst. Create and implement Claude-based workflows that streamline operations and improve overall customer satisfaction within the organization.
This position acts as the central owner of AI automation at all stages of the Customer Experience (CX). You will work closely with various teams, ensuring that AI solutions align with overall business goals, such as revenue generation and churn reduction. The role includes designing automated workflows, establishing governance, and tracking performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage AI automation across the entire CX journey
• Build and deploy Claude workflows for operational efficiency
• Automate integration of customer insights into core strategies
• Establish frameworks for data synthesis and query execution
• Implement rigorous quality assurance for AI outputs
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in CX operations or data analytics
• Bachelor’s in Business or related field; Master’s preferred
• Hands-on experience with Claude or similar LLMs
• Knowledge of core CX platforms and integrations
• Solid technical literacy and analytical skills
