How You’ll Make An Impact
Leverage your expertise in requirements management, user story development, and business analysis to deliver solutions that enable organizational change within FCC’s AWS data warehouse. As a Senior Product Analyst, you’ll collaborate with domain partners and Agile teams to refine requirements, manage backlogs, and ensure solutions are accurate, reliable, and ready for release. You’ll help enhance and simplify processes, guide decision‑making, and provide value across complex technical and business domains.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance data capabilities supporting collateral and loan transactions
- Analyze, triage, and refine backlog items into clear, actionable user stories and requirements
- Actively support backlog prioritization and process automation to ensure high‑quality product increments are delivered on schedule
- Validate and test data and solutions, including reconciling queries for accuracy and completeness
- Partner with domain stakeholders to uncover underlying needs and opportunities beyond initial requests
- Facilitate problem‑solving and solution discussions, fostering alignment and continuous improvement
- Plan, prioritize,
and deliver work within agreed timelines by balancing scope, dependencies, and tradeoffs while adapting to change
- Ensure a high standard of quality prior to product increment release
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science, Finance or a related field
- Minimum four to six years of experience in business analysis or product analysis (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Extensive knowledge of systems analysis and solution design
- Proven expertise in gathering and documenting requirements, and writing high‑quality user stories
- Strong experience and knowledge with data warehouses and cloud environments (AWS)
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members and contribute to team capability growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building and validating queries in AWS Redshift
- Exposure and familiarity with Agile principles
- Demonstrated informal or formal leadership through influence, collaboration, or continuous improvement initiatives
- Lending or financial services domain knowledge
