Responsibilities will include: Responsible for end-to-end people experience in Manufacturing & Distribution, starting with close business leader partnership, broad view of the business goals and strategies, and deep personal knowledge of your group’s strengths and opportunities. Lead talent development programs across Manufacturing & Distribution: performance and development, succession planning, engagement surveys, job and role clarity and organizational structure. Manage improvements on talent development programs for your business group, tracking results and soliciting feedback for continuous improvement. Consult with the Head of Manufacturing & Distribution and other business leaders on talent and organizational issues and provide guidance and coaching and implement solutions to workforce planning, recruitment, and engagement challenges.
