You'll be accountable for system reliability and guiding architectural decisions while maintaining operational standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach Infrastructure/DevOps engineers
• Plan and deliver team objectives with transparent commitments
• Ensure system reliability and effective incident response




• Review designs and guide architectural trade-offs
• Maintain documentation and operational standards
Requirements:
• People leadership experience in engineering roles
• Background in Infrastructure, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering
• Hands-on AWS production systems experience
• Strong knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, and containers
• Proficient in infrastructure as code, using Terraform
