In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the design and management of various group benefits, including medical, dental, and life insurance. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors while preparing comprehensive reports and client presentations. Your focus will be on conducting thorough renewals and experience reporting, ensuring financial accuracy, and maintaining industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and manage group benefits for clients
• Lead annual renewal negotiations and analysis
• Prepare client reports and presentations




• Review financial statements for compliance
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking studies
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of analyst experience in group perks
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in relevant field
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
