Drive employee wellness as a Specialist, developing and implementing innovative health programs. Utilize a hybrid work model while focusing on health promotion and risk management strategies.
Reporting to the Manager of Wellness, this temporary full time position requires expertise in health promotion and occupational health. You'll implement CSA standards for workplace psychological safety while supporting health and wellness initiatives across various sites. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and enhance wellness and disease prevention programs
• Lead training initiatives on employee health strategies
• Evaluate the effectiveness of health programs and policies
• Foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Address and manage health-related incidents and concerns
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in health sciences or related field
• Minimum of 5 years in occupational health practices
• Expertise in behavior change and health coaching
• Robust mediation and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to analyze and report data trends
