This crucial role integrates with the Accounting and Finance team, reporting directly to senior financial leadership. You will oversee financial analysis, maintain compliance with established standards, and compile vital financial documentation. Collaboration with engineering, purchasing, and project management teams enhances cross-functional efficiency in financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and record all financial transactions using QuickBooks
• Monitor inventory and COGS on a monthly basis
• Produce detailed monthly inventory control reports




• Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts accurately
• Prepare GST/HST, WSIB, and EHT reports
Requirements:
• 7+ years of relevant accounting experience required
• 2+ years in manufacturing accounting essential
• BSc or BComm in Accounting, Finance or related field
• CPA designation preferred or in-progress by 2026
• Solid MS Excel skills and attention to detail
