In this customer-facing position, you will manage the data migration process from start to finish. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to assess legacy systems, evaluate requirements, and identify optimal migration strategies. Your responsibilities also include exploring unfamiliar systems, ensuring data extraction aligns with business needs, and monitoring post-cutover data stability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess legacy data structures and quality with teams
• Own migration solution design and proposal of paths
• Collaborate on data extraction from various sources
• Plan and execute cutover strategies effectively
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders
Requirements:
• 2-5+ years in data migration or ETL roles
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end migration processes
• Robust understanding of data mapping and transformations
• Effective communicator with technical and non-technical teams
