As a Business Analyst in our Procurement team you will work in collaboration with the business to translate business needs into requirements. The role will support in identifying effective business solutions to meet the organization’s business goals and will be instrumental in building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders related to critical projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Apply understanding of business analysis and project management methodologies and techniques to ensure the successful implementation of projects
- Work with business groups to translate business needs into requirements, supporting in identifying effective business solutions
- Prepare insights for analysis to help identify the root cause of problems, deficiencies and/or gaps
- Present business insights and recommendations as per business requirements

Knowledge and Qualifications

- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience or master’s with 4-8 years of experience or PhD with 2-5 years of experience




- Proven facilitation and problem‑solving skills
- Experience making tradeoffs between business needs and technology constraints while keeping the end user needs at top of mind
- Robust knowledge of project management fundamentals
- Ability to quickly learn about business domains and how they function
- Advanced knowledge of Excel including data modelling techniques
