This is a chance to bring your experience with alternative delivery projects (Design-Build, P3, Owner’s Engineer) to a company that values innovation, collaboration, and empowering people to reach their full potential.
What we offer:
- A centrally located office in the heart of downtown Edmonton that is easily accessible.

- Ongoing support for your growth and development, including a formal Career development program, mentorship programs, training opportunities, professional designation support and a Young Professionals Group.
- An on‑site fitness centre accessible to all staff, with full amenities.
- Discounted rates at a neighbouring childcare facility.
- An active Social Club that promotes social activities in and outside the office, and offers subsidised tickets to local events, such as the Taste of Edmonton.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a multi‑disciplinary team with the preparation of designs, design reviews, cost estimates, specifications, and contract documents.
- Overseeing scheduling, budgeting, tendering, contract administration, and inspection.
- Managing projects from concept through design and construction.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for client communications.
- Delivering projects on budget and schedule.
- Mentoring and coaching engineers and technologists.
- Building strong client relationships and pursuing new opportunities.
- Fostering a collaborative, forward‑thinking team environment.

- 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience in transportation.
- Proven expertise in alternative delivery projects (Design-Build, P3, Owner’s Engineer).
