Provide exceptional remote support as a Technical Service Representative. Use your expertise to assist homeowners with technical issues, ensuring timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction.
In this remote role, you will serve as the primary technical contact for homeowners after installation. Responsibilities include diagnosing system issues, guiding customers through troubleshooting, and managing service tickets efficiently. You will advocate for customers while coordinating necessary field services and utilizing advanced support tools to enhance service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as an empathetic point of contact for homeowners
• Diagnose heat pump system issues using data and customer input




• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps in simple language
• Manage service tickets via help desk and CRM systems
• Identify recurring issues to inform internal teams
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of remote technical support experience
• Strong communication and empathy skills
• Proficiency in HubSpot or similar tools
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities
• Capacity to handle multiple cases effectively
