Drive demand generation strategies as a Senior Manager, building a robust lead engine to accelerate growth in Canada and the U.S. Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that convert intent into tangible revenue impact.
In this strategic and hands-on role, you will lead the demand generation efforts, focusing on pipeline growth and effective lead acquisition. You will architect integrated marketing programs while collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams. Your expertise will shape qualification frameworks and marketing automation to enhance lead nurturing and engagement, ensuring predictable pipeline creation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop demand generation strategy aligned to business goals
• Build inbound and outbound lead generation across channels
• Own campaign execution,
optimizing SEM and digital ads
• Create qualification frameworks with Sales and Sales Ops
• Establish marketing automation workflows for nurturing
Requirements:
• 5–8+ years in B2B demand generation or performance marketing
• Proven experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools
• Strong analytical skills for funnel optimization
• Demonstrated history of building campaigns from scratch
• Team-oriented approach with cross-functional teams
